Do I need to book in advance?

We strongly recommend that you book and make a reservation in advance. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, we can offer no guarantee that the room is either ready or available. Are your games wheelchair-accessible?

Yes, we can accommodate disabled guests. Please contact us beforehand, and we will help you select the best game room based on your condition.

However, Sherlock Holmes at our Cannington escape room and Mystical Manor and Dead or Alive at our Victoria Park escape room are not wheelchair accessible.

How many people can take part in an escape room?

For our Cannington escape room:
The Jungle and The Mafia have a capacity of 2-6 players, whereas The Frozen King, The Witch’s Potion, and Sherlock Holmes: London is Falling can host a 2-8 players.

For our Victoria Park escape room:
Terminal Crisis, Special Ops Tokyo, and Mystical Manor can accommodate 2-8 players, while Dead or Alive has a capacity for 2-6 players.

Do you have parking?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at both of our locations.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, absolutely! Give us a call* any time before your reservation, and we will be happy to assist you. You are only allowed to reschedule the original booking with us twice; a cancellation fee of $10 per person applies if you fail to attend your booking after rearranging twice or if you wish to reschedule for a third time.
