Yes, absolutely! We understand that plans can change.
- If you notify us more than 24 hours before your game, you may choose a full credit (preferred) or a refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your game, no refund will be given. (A credit may be considered at management’s discretion in special circumstances.)
- No refund or credit is available for no-shows.
- If some of your group can’t make it and you notify us more than 24 hours in advance, we can refund or credit those players.
- If notified less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be given. (Credit for missing players may be considered at management’s discretion.)
- We’re happy to reschedule your booking at no charge if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance.
- If less than 24 hours notice is given, rescheduling may not be available. (A credit may be considered at management’s discretion in special circumstances.)

Belmont is currently open Friday to Sunday only.
Ideal for corporate team building sessions, group functions, escape room marathons, birthdays, bucks or hens nights, surprise parties, or any other special occasion. For large groups or custom packages, call our Event Coordinator on 0403 989 406.
All you will need to bring is a fun, smart group!! You will not be allowed to bring phones or drinks to the rooms, there will be lockers for you to store all your items beforehand. After your adventure, don’t be shy to ask one of our lovely game masters to take a photo of your group!
Remember to wear comfortable clothing and shoes!
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING!
You must arrive 10-15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled time to sign waivers and go over the rules. It would be best if you have used toilets and pre-sign the waivers beforehand, this will ensure no delays on starting time.
Your time starts at your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, every minute after this will be deducted from the total escape time in the room. For example: If you book the room for 3pm-4pm and you start at 3:20pm, this results in 5 minutes penalty and you will only have 55 minutes to try and escape the room. Please understand the reason for this is because the room may be booked by another group right after you and we will need time to reset it and have it ready for their scheduled appointment time.
All online bookings require full payment to be paid via our booking system.
Please arrive 15 mins prior to your booking to ensure games start promptly.
Every room carries an age recommendation of 12+, 14+ or 16+, shown on its room card. These are recommendations, not strict rules, so a younger player can still join a room above their age if the group is comfortable with it.
The one exception is our 16+ rooms: at least one adult (16+) must be present in the room for those games. All other rooms have no age requirement.
