A mysterious letter arrives in your office with a highly stylised “M” adorning the end of the page. You recognise Professor Moriarty’s signature and deduce that he is plotting to demolish the London subway system, taking this letter as a clear warning.

He has constructed an Electromagnetic Waves Emitter in some hidden location within his laboratory and within an hour, it will begin emitting waves with the capability of destabilising the tracks and causing all the trains to derail.

Moriarty taunts your detective skills, daring you to put a halt to his evil plans. Can you rescue the city from sheer destruction?

What to bring and wear?

All you will need to bring is a fun, smart group!! You will not be allowed to bring phones or drinks to the rooms, there will be lockers for you to store all your items beforehand. After your adventure, don’t be shy to ask one of our lovely game masters to take a photo of your group!

Remember to wear comfortable clothing and shoes!

What are your policies?

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING!

You must arrive 10-15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled time to sign waivers and go over the rules. It would be best if you have used toilets and pre-sign the waivers beforehand, this will ensure no delays on starting time.

Your time starts at your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, every minute after this will be deducted from the total escape time in the room. For example: If you book the room for 3pm-4pm and you start at 3:20pm, this results in 5 minutes penalty and you will only have 55 minutes to try and escape the room. Please understand the reason for this is because the room may be booked by another group right after you and we will need time to reset it and have it ready for their scheduled appointment time.

What is the deposit required for online bookings and when is the remaining balance due?

All online bookings require a $10 deposit per person to be paid via our booking system. The remaining balance to be paid in the customer area or in-store on the day.

What is the recommended arrival time for bookings?

Please arrive 15 mins prior to your booking to ensure games start promptly.

What should I do if I’m running late to my session, and what is the cancellation policy for late arrivals?

If you are running late please notify our staff (phone call preferably). If you are half an hour (or more) late to your session without informing staff, your session will be cancelled and there will be no reimbursement.

What is the age requirement for children to participate in your activities?

Children ages 15 years old and under must be accompanied by at least one (1) paying adult (18+).
