We are not part of the Companion Card program; however, we do offer 50% off our standard per-person rate to Companion Card holders, the same at every location.
This discount applies only to the Companion Card holder, not to the rest of your group, and is calculated off whatever the standard rate is on the day you play.
Our experienced Game Masters are always here to help! You will have access to a hint system, which will be explained during the introduction before you enter the room. This ensures you can get assistance whenever you need it to keep the game fun and engaging.
Yes! We do allow extra people on the day, even if the maximum capacity for the room is reached. It depends on which room you’re looking to book and how many additional guests you’d like to add, but in most cases we can accommodate a few more than our recommended size. It might be a little cramped, but if it’s okay with you, it’s okay with us too. Give us a call if you’re unsure!
Yes, you can play most of our escape rooms at Lost Reality Perth even if you’re claustrophobic! Claustrophobia affects everyone differently though, so how suitable a room is really depends on your own comfort level. Some of our rooms include tight spaces and crawl spaces as part of the gameplay, but every room’s entrance is left unlocked, so you’re always free to step outside whenever you need to.
To discuss which room would suit you best, just call our reception and our staff can help you choose.
Unfortunately we do not allow any type of photography or videography in the rooms, we want to keep it a surprise for future customers! We have lockers for you to use to store away all important belongings while you are working hard to escape.
However, we are always happy to take a group picture after your experience!
We offer two types of gift cards: Digital and Physical.
Both Digital and Physical gift cards can be applied directly when making an online booking through our booking system.
